Who pays for Psychelinx?

Psychelinx is paid by the clinician. Patients use the app for free when paired with a clinician.

Do you offer a free trial?

Psychelinx includes a 30-day free trial, giving you full access to the clinician dashboard and patient onboarding so you can evaluate it in real clinical practice. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. At the end of the trial, you can continue on a paid plan to keep access and avoid interruption.

What counts as an “active patient”?

An active patient is a patient who has completed the pairing process using the QR code you have provided.

Can I reuse capacity if a patient stops using the app?

Yes. When a patient becomes inactive (by unpairing from the clinician), they no longer count as active, freeing capacity automatically.

Is it a rolling subscription?

Yes. Monthly plans are rolling subscriptions that renew automatically each month until you cancel. Quarterly and annual plans also renew automatically at the end of each term. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How and where do I select a plan?

You can select your subscription directly in the app from Settings. You can also upgrade or change your plan anytime from the same section.
